Rock Band Classes at VCPA
Overview
In this exciting program students form a rock band, filling the key positions of drums, bass, guitar, and vocal, and adding keyboard, brass, or wind instruments as well if possible. Weekly sessions introduce and reinforce technical and theoretical elements, while focusing on playing repertoire and jamming together. The band will perform at least twice in the year.
Students should have at least 1 year of experience in their chosen roles, and an audition with the instructor is recommended for each entrant.
Discounted rates are available for Band Factory for students currently enrolled in private lessons at VCPA.
